🟢 Easy: Unlikely heroes lead a fantasy quest

Legend gives Tom Cruise a forest, unicorns, and Tim Curry under extraordinary red prosthetics. Willow hands the burden to a farmer who wants to return a baby safely and keeps being promoted into a larger adventure.
The Kid Who Would Be King puts Excalibur in modern school life. The Golden Compass sends Lyra north with an armored bear and a truth-telling device. None begins as the obvious champion. Fantasy has paperwork for that later.
🟡 Medium: Adapted from James Patterson novels
Movies: Kiss the Girls · Along Came a Spider · Alex Cross · Maximum Ride
Morgan Freeman plays Alex Cross in Kiss the Girls and Along Came a Spider. Tyler Perry takes the role in Alex Cross, which adapts Patterson's novel Cross and moves the detective into a more action-heavy Detroit story.
Maximum Ride leaves the detective series behind for Patterson's young-adult science fiction about genetically altered children. The author link is the bridge, not a shared universe.
🔵 Hard: Urban survival through one hostile night

Assault on Precinct 13 holds a nearly abandoned police station against a siege. The Warriors and Judgment Night force their groups across hostile city territory, where every wrong turn creates another pursuer.
The Purge: Anarchy makes the entire premise official: Los Angeles becomes a legal hunting ground for twelve hours. The other films do not need legislation. Their streets are dangerous enough already.
The shared shape is a night with a destination. Hold the building, cross the city, keep the group together, reach morning. Urban space becomes a gauntlet measured in blocks.
🟣 Tricky: Campaign consultants and strategists run the show
Movies: Our Brand Is Crisis · The War Room · Irresistible · Game Change
The War Room documents James Carville and George Stephanopoulos inside Bill Clinton's 1992 campaign. Game Change dramatizes the strategists handling John McCain's selection of Sarah Palin in 2008.
Our Brand Is Crisis sends American consultants into a Bolivian presidential race. Irresistible shrinks national political machinery into a Wisconsin mayoral contest and then watches both parties inflate it beyond recognition.
The connection clicks when the candidate stops being the center. Polling, media strategy, opposition research, and crisis control drive these stories. The person on the poster gives speeches. The consultants decide what the speech was supposed to fix.
The one-night survival group is the cleanest machine here: a map, a clock, and no good route. Today's PixelLinkr puzzle offers another city full of trouble, though its detectives are cats, chickens, alligators, and ducks.
